The Jeep Meridian and Compass will be packed with cutting-edge ADAS. Deba, January 4, 2024 Jeep, a luxury SUV maker, is thinking about incorporating advanced driver assistance systems (ADAS) into its vehicles in India. The Jeep Meridian, which is now priced between Rs 33.40 lakh and Rs 39.46 lakh (ex-showroom), is being tested by Bosch, a multinational technology business. Similar to competitors such as the Tata Harrier/Safari, Kia Seltos, Honda Elevate, and Mahindra XUV700, the ADAS technology is supposed to be tailored for Indian driving conditions. The Jeep Compass is also likely to include ADAS technology. While the price hike may make the vehicles more appealing to safety-conscious buyers and tech-savvy drivers, it may also provide Jeep with the competitive edge it requires in the Indian SUV market.
