Afghan batsman Noor Ali Zadran has announced his retirement from the world of cricket. Deba, March 7, 2024 After playing in two Tests, 51 ODIs, and 23 T20Is, Afghanistan’s Noor Ali Zadran has declared his retirement from international cricket. When he first played for Afghanistan in 2009, he amassed 1216 runs in ODIs at an average of 24.81 and 597 runs in T20Is at an average of 27.13. For the T20Is at the Asian Games in October 2023, he was called up to the Afghanistan team, where he scored 51 and 39 against Pakistan and Sri Lanka, respectively. Noor Ali participated in the 2010 T20 World Cup and was a part of Afghanistan’s first-ever official ODI in 2009.
