Mumbai Police Catch 41 Luxury Vehicles Deba, February 3, 2024 A rally showcasing a collection of high-end supercars and sports automobiles was stopped in Mumbai, Maharashtra, when authorities apprehended around 40 unique vehicles worth several crores of rupees. 43 people were arrested as a result of the rally organisers’ inability to obtain the required authorization for their motorcade, including the coordinator of the event. Owners of the seized vehicles, most of which are from the affluent Bandra, Khar, and Andheri neighbourhoods, are at odds with the police. Police are currently thoroughly inspecting the automobiles’ paperwork and looking into any unauthorised alterations and possible criminal connections. Before the cars are restored to their proper owners, fines based on the seriousness of the infractions will be assessed.
