Jasprit Bumrah returns for Dharamsala Test. Deba, February 29, 2024 India’s cricket board (BCCI) has declared that Jasprit Bumrah would return as India’s designated vice-captain for the final Test against England in Dharamsala. The BCCI has also released allrounder Washington Sundar, who will join Tamil Nadu for the Ranji Trophy final.
