At Manuka Oval, the Strikers needed nine wickets and twenty-three balls to surpass Sydney Thunder’s 140. Having won four straight games, the squad will play either the Sydney Sixers or the Perth Scorchers in an elimination final. Strikers’ excellent bowling spearheaded by Lloyd Pope and Jamie Overton ensured Thunder couldn’t get set in a sluggish innings.
